Due to the delicate and intimate nature of the products we sell we have a very strict return policy so we encourage you to read all descriptions and size charts carefully before purchasing.
To help you find the absolute best fit possible, we have provided a size chart on every product page exclusively to that product to assist you when making your selections. If you have any sizing questions please contact Customer Service to assist you
- Prices: All prices displayed on our website are quoted in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and America Express. We also offer alternate checkout and payment options through Paypal. Please note that some payments recieved through Paypal may take an additional 2-5 days to clear.
All Credit Cards are securely processed using Authorize.net. On your credit card statement the transaction would show as BODYMAGICFASHION

Our Flat Rate Shipping is shipped only via the United States Postal Service
International Customers: Shipping rates vary from country to country.
Important Information for International Customers
Your order may be subject to taxes, duties or tariffs once your package reaches your country. These charges would be required to clear you package from customs and they are the responsibilty of the purchaser. We do not bill you for these charges. It is required that we include a commercial invoice with your order. Please contact your local custom’s office for information regarding your country’s custom policies before placing your order.
All orders are shipped out within 2 days business days regardless of the shipping method chosen.
US Customers: Please allow up to 4-8 business days to receive your order
UK Customers: Please allow up to 4-7 working days to receive your order
International Customers: Please allow up to 6-21 business days to recieve your order
When choosing an express shipping option, please note that it takes up to 2 business days BEFORE we ship your order.
Occassionally the stock status of an item may change. If any item is not instock we would notify you immediately before shipping your order.
- Any item that has been used, worn, damaged, stained, or have the scent of perfume cannot be returned. We will make no exceptions to this policy. We kindly suggest that you do not have on perfume or deodorant when trying on garments.
- For obvious health reasons we ask that you wear panties when trying on garments that contain a crotch. Any garment returned used or soiled will not be eligible for return and will be shipped back to you.
- Exchanges of unworn/unwashed merchandise are accepted for exchange for the SAME item in a different size, within 14 days of purchase. The garment must be in the original packaging in order to be exchanged. Absolutely no exchanges will be given after 14 days.
- We will allow 1 exchange for the same product for a different size. There will be a $9.95 fee for exchanged orders. This fee is due at time of the RMA request. We do not store or save your credit card information and you will be asked to provide your credit card and billing information to process your exchange.
- All returns must be approved before they are received. Please contact us for authorization at 973-327-3345. Any package received without a RMA# will be refused and returned to sender.
- Please note: SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for an exchange. We strongly encourage you to send your returns using certified, insured, or return receipt services as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Please note that we do not give a credit on your shipping charge unless we have made an error. To avoid delays due to returns and to ensure your satisfaction please call us if you need help with your style selection or if you having trouble with your sizing before you purchase. Sizing varies between manufacturers and based on your measurements we can best direct you to the correct item to purchase.
Once your return is recieved and process will we send you a confirmation email. Returns typically takes 5-10 business days to process once they have been recieved. We strongly encourage you to send your returns using certified, insured, or return receipt services as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Depending on your shipping method, it may take up to 21 business days for us to recieve you items. Please do not hesitate to contact us to confirm if we have recieved your package.
